Bad Grass의 개수를 찾는 문제입니다.
0 이상의 숫자로 된 섬이 Bad Grass 입니다.
0보다 큰 숫자에 대해서 상하좌우 + 대각선까지 총 8방향에 대해 탐색해주어야 합니다.
0보다 크다면 bfs or dfs로 순회하여 연결 요소의 개수를 구하는 문제입니다.
